No-Refund, No-Return Policy

At RODLS, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography and videography services tailored to each client’s unique vision and needs. We take pride in our creative process and strive to meet the goals and expectations that are discussed and agreed upon before each project begins.
Please Note:
Due to the nature of our work—custom, creative services that require time, effort, and resources—we do not offer refunds or returns for any completed or in-progress projects.
Once a project has been scheduled, confirmed, or delivered—whether in full or in part—payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Deposits or retainers
- Final balances after service delivery
- Any cancellations made after the project has commenced
We understand that creative work can be subjective, which is why we place a strong emphasis on clear communication, planning, and collaboration before and during each project. We will always do our best to honor the vision discussed and provide revisions or adjustments within the agreed scope, when possible.
If you ever have concerns about your project, we encourage you to communicate with us early and often. We are here to help and are dedicated to delivering the best possible outcome.
